I'm Erin Cooper, wife and mom of three and health & fitness has quickly become a passion of mine! I am full-time baker and work at Stevenson University baking delicious treats all day. I also bake custom cakes at home. I started competing about three years ago, turning pro in bikini at the ANBF Old Glory Natural Classic in May 2017! I plan to compete a few more times this year, and then take a nice break to eat, live, enjoy, and BUILD!
Question: How did you get started with bodybuilding and weight training?
I got started into lifting after I had all of my babies. I wanted to lose the baby weight, so I joined a boot camp class. I got great results from that and my trainer encouraged me to look into bodybuilding and competing. I told him he was crazy-but I researched it. I LOVED the physiques of...
Hi everyone! I'm Jonny and the story of my journey really began around the age of 11, roughly 1995 or so. I had the chance to attend the Arnold Classic that year with my dad and I became hooked on health, fitness, and weightlifting. My dad then started taking me to the gym and I absolutely loved lifting weights and working out. What started as just training for football and sports turned into a serious passion. I saw great results on the football field and eventually walked on to a Division 1 football program. I played for the University of Tennessee as a cornerback from 2002-2006 and was even a member of the '04 Peach Bowl and '05 Cotton Bowl championship team. When I graduated, I knew it was time to hang up the pads but I certainly wasn't done with health and fitness. I continued to lift and train hard...
Hey everyone! I'm Bryan and I'm 32 years of age and originally from Charleston, SC, but I currently reside in Spring Lake, NC. In 2008, I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University located in Greensboro, NC with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am currently self employed as a Certified Personal Trainer/Transformation Specialist with eight years of experience. I compete in the National Physique Committee as a Men's Physique competitor in hopes of obtaining my IFBB Pro card. Fitness isn't a passion, it's Life. I will continue to inspire and motivate others because that's what motivates me.
Question: What is your go-to muscle group to hit?
My go-to muscle group to hit would have to be shoulders. Being able to see your physique get wider and wider as your shoulders get pumped more and more creating that pumpkin delt affect is amazing.
Question: How many days a week do you...
Hi everyone! My name is Kristen Scott. I grew up in a small town in south Texas. While in high school, I was involved in athletics all around and played 5 different sports. I was very involved in agriculture, FFA, and 4-H. I have been my hometowns' Miss Congeniality and I was Homecoming Queen. I'm just your typical small town country girl!
Fast forward 10 years from high school, I am fiancé and a momma to a magical little girl. I still live in a small town and I live on & assist in running a major hunting ranch. So I guess you can say the small town country girl roots never faded away.
Between being a mom and running a ranch, I manage to keep my love of fitness alive. I may not always be able to use a gym year round but it's not going to stop me. It's not an excuse. Most of my training...
