Shipping & Returns








Items that are on clearance can not be exchanged or returned.  All other returns/exchanges are honored up to 30 days of the original purchase date under several conditions:

1. Items must not have been washed.

2. Items must not have been worn, other than to try it on. (NO RETURNS ON BOOTY SHORTS)

3. You must be the original purchaser.

4. Please include your original invoice along with a note stating what you would like to exchange.  

5. ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING.  Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly get your items exchanged for the proper size. Before your exchanged items ship, we will send you a PayPal request for the shipping fees associated to return your package to you.  It will not ship until the payment has been received.

6. There will be NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on International orders.  All sales are final on International purchases.


Please note, ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and you will NOT be refunded for your shipping costs.   




Please allow 24-48 hrs for initial order processing (not including weekends or holidays).  Muscle Club Apparel® uses United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail for all shipments.  Once your package has shipped we will send you an email with a confirmation of shipment, which will include your tracking number.  To check on the whereabouts of your package, simply enter the tracking number on the USPS website at  Most shipments take 3-7 business days once they have left our facility.  All orders placed close to holiday season are not guaranteed to arrive on time by USPS and ordering during this timeframe is at customers risk.  Any orders returned back to us from an insufficient or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment of the package.  While we do all that we can to ensure your order will be delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.




International orders pose an understood level of risk.  The majority of our orders make it to their destinations, but the following is a list of countries we no longer ship to due to repeated issues imposed by Customs in those locations: Brazil, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ghana, India, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Venezuela & Yemen.

Please allow 24-48 hrs for initial order processing (not including weekends or holidays).  Muscle Club Apparel® uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), and they do not provide us with tracking numbers on international orders.  All delivery times are based on estimates given to us from the USPS.  We are not directly responsible for shipments that take longer than stated. *** Please note that once your package leaves the United States borders, Muscle Club Apparel® is not responsible for packages being lost entering other countries or being vandalized or stolen at borders or customs office of entering country. Buyer takes responsibility for package once it leaves the US borders and is entering their own country. Also note that you (the customer) are responsible for all customs charges that are due when you receive your package. Each individual country has there own duties rates for incoming merchandise purchased outside of your country. So if you are concerned about paying your customs fees, you will need to contact your local government customs department to learn more. Muscle Club Apparel® will not be responsible for any customs fee that are due.  We do not have the ability to track the package after it leaves the USA.  Buyer beware.  We will NOT begin any investigation on a lost package before a period of 60 days from the original ship date.

  1. hi made a mistake in my last order the tank top was to big i was wondering what steps to to take to return it and trade it for a small it hasnt been washed and still has the tag

  2. I accidently ordered two of the same shirt (All about them weights) and am wondering if I can replace one of those shirts with the All about the set (sm) tank? They are the same price and both seem to be in stock. I placed my order a few minutes ago.

  3. Is this site for real, because it doesn’t have a number to call and after I enter my credit card number and address it keeps telling me that my zip code isn’t valid, which is not true.

    • If you are having issues with the zip code verification, it’s because the bank is telling us that the zip code does not match the one it has on file.

      If you have recently moved, it may take your card company a while to have the correct zip code on file for you. If you haven’t moved recently, you may want to call your bank and confirm that the information your card company has on file is correct.

  4. I just made an account, but i purchased a men’s tank top as a guest. I did not make an account to make the purchase. I purchased one size too big. The top has not been worn and still has the tag. I have all emails, tracking number, and order number. I want to exchange it for a medium. I read the return policy. Thanks!

  5. I havent received a tracking number yet and it says my order number is invalid. How long does it take before my tracking number gets sent to me after purchase ?
