Turkey Burn Out: There’s no better way to beat the turkey coma and the residual calories than with a circuit that tests several muscle groups. Complete each circuit for a total of three rounds.

  • 20 Jelly Belly Blasters (lie on back, legs flat, and slowly roll into sit-up)
  • 20 Sleigh Sweepers: lie on back, holding bar overhead, swing legs until toes reach the bar)
  • 20 Peppermint Twists: hold weight out from chest, rotate torso from side to side
  • Naughty & Nice Planks: hold plank position for one minute, rest 15 seconds, and hold for 30 seconds
